Your therapists and rooms, booked online

Customers choose the treatment, the therapist and the time, and tell you where it hurts and the pressure they like before they're on the table. Each room keeps its own day.

Your website starts as Steam

Steam is the template made for massage. Your site starts with these services on it, and you change the words, the colors and the prices after.

What your customers see

Your customers choose the service, the person and the time without an account. Only when they hold a time do they sign in, and an emailed code is enough: no password needed.

The first three steps for a massage therapist’s customers, on a phone, in the words a massage therapist’s site starts with. On your own site the same steps wear your template’s colors and type.

  1. Step 1 of 4: Choose a service Deep tissue, 60 minutes.
  2. Step 2 of 4: Choose a day and time Any therapist. Saturday, October 24, 9:15 am.
  3. Step 3 of 4: A few questions Where does it hurt, or what should we focus on?. Are you pregnant?. What pressure do you like?.

What you ask, and your terms

Before your massage

Every sample service asks these when someone books.

  • Where does it hurt, or what should we focus on?
  • Are you pregnant?
  • What pressure do you like?

Your terms

Customers can move or cancel online until a day before, and move a booking up to 2 times. You change these terms whenever you like.

Massage therapists usually keep a card on file for no-shows and late cancellations. You turn it on when you set up customer payments.

Customers can repeat a booking weekly, every few weeks or monthly, and get every date in one email.

You can sell packages and gift cards online. Customers pay through Stripe, then use a package credit or gift-card balance when they book.

Two plans, one difference

Both include everything below. The difference is who builds and looks after the site. No free plan, no trial. Cancel any month.

Both plans include

  • Your own booking website at your web address
  • Online booking, requests, classes and a waitlist for full ones
  • Customers choose the person, the place and the time
  • Deposits, prepayment and no-show fees with Stripe
  • Up to 25 staff, 10 locations and 200 services
  • Reminders and confirmations by email
  • Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar sync
  • The booking button for any other website

Made for other trades too

Each trade starts with a website template designed for it, sample services to edit and the words its customers use. Pick yours to see its page.
