What your customers see

Your customers choose the service, the person and the time without an account. Only when they hold a time do they sign in, and an emailed code is enough: no password needed.

The first three steps for a wellness practice’s customers, on a phone, in the words a wellness practice’s site starts with. On your own site the same steps wear your template’s colors and type.

  1. Step 1 of 4: Choose a service New patient visit.
  2. Step 2 of 4: Choose a day and time Any practitioner. Saturday, October 24, 9:15 am.
  3. Step 3 of 4: A few questions Date of birth. Is this your first visit with us?. What would you like us to look at?.

What you ask, and your terms

Before your visit

Every sample service asks these when someone books.

  • Date of birth
  • Is this your first visit with us?
  • What would you like us to look at?

They also tick: I agree to be examined and to have my information kept in my record here.

Your terms

Clients can move or cancel online until a day before, and move a booking up to 2 times. You change these terms whenever you like.

Wellness practices usually keep a card on file for no-shows and late cancellations. You turn it on when you set up customer payments.

Customers can repeat a booking weekly, every few weeks or monthly, and get every date in one email.

Two plans, one difference

Both include everything below. The difference is who builds and looks after the site. No free plan, no trial. Cancel any month.

Both plans include

  • Your own booking website at your web address
  • Online booking, requests, classes and a waitlist for full ones
  • Customers choose the person, the place and the time
  • Deposits, prepayment and no-show fees with Stripe
  • Up to 25 staff, 10 locations and 200 services
  • Reminders and confirmations by email
  • Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar sync
  • The booking button for any other website

Made for other trades too

Each trade starts with a website template designed for it, sample services to edit and the words its customers use. Pick yours to see its page.
